The D205 Council  provides a platform for a unified voice of the Elmhurst District 205's parent community. It is a collaborative forum where school parent group leaders share ideas, resources, and best practices. We support students and families throughout their journey in our unit school district from school to school, connecting school parent groups directly to district administration and relevant community organizations. The Council amplifies the impact of individual school communities by facilitating information access, shared initiatives, leadership training and governance support. We also organize an annual fair in February to connect families in the community with summer camps and activities, jobs, internships and volunteer roles.
