Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry Services

Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry, 1083 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126, is available to help those in need during this critical time. Client service hours are:

Monday: 6:30-8:30pm
Thursday:1:00-4:00pm and 6:30-8:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am-12:30pm
New Clients: Please register prior to visiting the pantry here. Registration is only needed once. There is no need to re-register for each visit.
EYFP has implemented the following client service procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all those we serve as well as our volunteers.

Clients must remain in their vehicles and line up along the parking lot lane next to Jimmy Johns.
When you pull up to the pantry garage door, hold your EYFP client punch card up against your closed, driver side window so volunteers can record the household number.

Open your trunk from the inside so volunteers can place pre-packed grocery boxes/bags in the trunk. These include commonly used non-perishable food items, fresh produce, bread and pastries, milk, eggs, and frozen meats.

If you have to step out to open your trunk or your trunk is full, you will be asked to pull off to the side but remain in your car. A volunteer will leave your grocery box/bags on the pavement. Once the volunteer has cleared the area, you can get out and load the groceries in your car. Volunteers are not permitted to enter any client vehicles. No exceptions.
