The Transition Center is a program designated for young adults age 18-21, to support students with disabilities who may have met the requirements for graduation, but who may need to continue to work on their transition goals. The Transition Center was previously located on North York Road, in a building that was not large enough for the program's needs, nor was it ADA compliant. As part of the 2018, referendum, D205 purchased a property at 407 W. St. Charles Road, and renovated it to ensure postsecondary success for these students.
