York used it as a summer school option this year and it was well paced and  planned for my son. if you take as a homeschool option it does not transfer to any transcript and you don’t need any approval for the class from the district.

We support the middle schools participation in Illinois Math Leagues, provide dedicated math kits for elementary "Math Nights" and REACH parents kickstarted mathletes in 3 (maybe 4) elementary schools. By supporting your school's PTA, you automatically support the REACH Parent Group.

19:56:20	 From  Dave Beedy : @Ellie No, the SAT is a junior requirement statewide. I am not aware of students taking it earlier than that. REACH students traditionally do very well on the test when taking it at the same time as they are taking Precalculus Honors.

20:00:37	 From  shao yu : just a comment, we did have my daughter take the SAT at sophomore to get a better score in Math portion since still fresh in her mind.  we learned our lesson from my older son, he forgot a lot of the materials when he took his SAT in late junior year.
