The Communications and Public Relations Office acts as a liaison between the school district and its various stakeholders including students, parents, employees and community members.
The goal of the Finance Department is to provide the resources needed to support the advancement of student achievement and success in a fiscally responsible manner.
The Human Resources Office recruits, hires and aims to retain the highest quality staff to serve the needs of district students.
The Department of Learning and Teaching serves the needs of the parents and professional staff of District 205. Learning & Teaching oversees the creation and implementation of curriculum in all content areas for Kindergarten through Grade 12 and supports assessment of student learning, locally and on state level assessments.
The Student Services Department is committed to providing support and services to students, parents, staff and administration consistent with federal and state mandates as well as best practices. Elmhurst District 205 supports the rights of all individuals to be educated to the extent appropriate in general education settings, and attempts to be as inclusive as possible in its practices in serving students with special needs.
Curriculum-driven technology is integrated into diverse learning environments to enable learners to responsibly access, analyze, create, develop and share knowledge. Proactive planning ensures that instructional technology, information systems, and telecommunications are relevant and continually advance educational, operational, and stakeholder engagement excellence.
