Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., at the District 205 Center, Rooms 215, 216 and 217, 162 S. York Road, Elmhurst, Illinois.  The purpose of this hearing is to seek a waiver of rules (Section 252.30(a)(3)) from the State Board of Education to allow for consideration of personnel costs in setting the District’s Driver Education fee and to assess a fee not to exceed $250.
