Step 1 - Infosnap Registration

and enter the snapcode provided by Elmhurst 205.







Welcome to our Online Registration Process

You will need your child's snapcode to begin.  Please contact your child's school if you do not have this15 digit code.

Please follow the instructions listed below to submit information for your students. If you have more than one child to register, you will be required to complete registration information for each of your students.

  1. Log in/create an Account:
    Log in with your email and password or;
    Create Account and answer all required fields, agree to the terms and click "Create Account" to continue.
  2. Review the "Introduction" page and click "Next" to enter the forms pages.
    The forms will contain student information on file. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. Add additional information or change anything that is incorrect, and click "Next" to move to the next page.
  3. Clicking "Next" on the final form page will take you to the "Review & Submit" page.
    Review the information entered very carefully; this information is for your child's record. If you would like to make changes, click on the underlined field or click "Prev" to return to the forms.
  4. When you are satisfied with the information you entered, click "Submit" in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen.
    Note: on the "Review & Submit" page, you will be alerted of any required field which has not been completed. To continue, all required fields must be entered. Once you have submitted your online information any additions or changes need to be communicated your child's school office.
  5. On the "Submission Confirmation" page, you may select to print a copy of your submitted information.  
    On the "Submission Confirmation" page you will find the link continue to Step 2 of the process

Please submit all required physical, dental and vision forms to your child's school as soon as possible. The required forms are available on the District website at:
