SERG Panel: The Clock is Ticking; It's Time to Transition

A smooth transition to a new grade at a new school is important for all students especially those with disabilities. The transition process may look a little different for each child, however, the need for forethought and planning  remains the same.

You are invited to a parent panel discussing the various aspects of transition from a parent’s perspective on March 14, 7 to 9 pm, at the District 205 Center, 162 S. York Road. Parents will share their experiences so you may better plan for your child’s transitions from school to school. This transition panel will include:

Early childhood to Elementary School

Elementary to Middle School

Middle to High School

High School to College

High School to a Transition Program

Services to Consider as your Child Gets Older

Don’t miss this very important presentation!
